Research

Choose your preferred location – We can assist with finding you the best blocks.

Design your dream home

We can design a home to suit your needs, lifestyle, budget & location.

Quotation

When you have your block chosen & home design finalised, we will provide you with a quote.

Contract signing 

Once contracts are signed and formal finance has been approved, we will then lodge the plans for a build approval.

Selections 

This is when it becomes really exciting & you get to select colours & all internal fittings i.e. joinery, tiles etc. We will guide & provide you with advise throughout this process.

Construction begins 

When your plans have been approved & all the relevant documentation is received, work will begin on your block. We’ll invite you at specific stages to inspects the works.

Moving in

It’s that simple! You will be in your new home in just a few short months. When construction is completed, handover will take place & you will be given all documentation such as warranty certificates, build certifications & of course the keys to your new home!
